Peter’s thought leadership, energy, passion, and business acumen have driven Pointward’s transformation into a unique customer engagement company. His passion for creating intelligent conversations with customers is contagious and his focus on results is what clients love about him.
Peter achieved success in sales, marketing, and operational roles at Land O’ Lakes before co-founding Bluestem Systems and TeamNet Systems – businesses focused on management consulting, application development, data warehousing, and business information systems.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and is an accredited practitioner of Insights, a psychology-based personality, communications, and self-discovery system.
Marlene Nelson, Chief People Officer
Marlene’s focus at Pointward is to help healthcare and medical device clients connect with their customers by implementing relevant marketing communications strategies and solutions.
With over 20 years of marketing communications experience, Marlene has been able to build long-term, sustainable relationships with some of the nation’s leading medical device companies.
Marlene received her education in Mass Communications and Journalism from Northwestern College. She has served on the Marketing Communication Special Interest Group for LifeScience Alley, a leading Minnesota-based trade association which provides access and networking opportunities to organizations in the life science sector.
Jeff Gravagna,VP, Client Engagement
Jeff connects the dots. He engages with clients to discover their core essence and help them identify the objectives, strategies, tactics and people needed to bring their marketing initiatives to life. He also understands the need to execute those initiatives with a sense of urgency and an eye toward quality.
Jeff joined Pointward in October of 2010 after working in marketing communications and marketing for 12 years at Medtronic, a leading global medical device manufacturer, and offers a total of over 20 years of experience.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
